Dispatching of items

From September to December inclusive, we will dispatch within 2 business days.
From January to August inclusive, we will dispatch within 4 business days.

Delays

Travel and shipping restrictions are currently variable. If we become aware of changes or delays to goods that have been shipped, you will be contacted via the best method provided with your order.

Delivery exceptions

AFlat rate shipping may not be available to all locations within Australia, or it may be expensive. If we find that your chosen shipping location is not covered in the flat rate shipping we will contact you within 2 days to determine the best option for shipping. If you choose to cancel the order at this time, all funds will be refunded.

Overseas

We do not ship outside Australia.

Returns

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued for change of mind. If items arrive damaged please email the store within 14 days to organise refund or replacement.
